DONATION REQUESTS

The Palatine Park District is proud to support schools and local fundraising efforts within the communities the District serves. We have recently updated our donation procedures, so eligibility may have changed from what you may have received in the past. Palatine Park District receives many requests each year, and while we know there are many great causes in need, unfortunately, we cannot fulfill every donation request. Submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.

  • Requests from groups eligible to be considered for donation fulfillment include non-profit organizations, educational institutions, municipalities, local government agencies, and service groups located within the Palatine Park District boundaries.
  • Organizations outside of the Park District boundaries may submit requests. Fulfillment of these request are at the discretion of the Park District.
  • An organization is eligible to receive only one donation item per calendar year (January – December).
  • If your request is approved, you will be notified and your donation will be available for pickup at the Community Center, 250 E. Wood Street, Palatine.
  • The online donation request form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.
